Part Time Shipper

About Us:

PharmaLabs is a fast growing sterile compounding pharmacy that specializes in men's health/urology. We are seeking an individual to come in, part time, to pack up and ship out customers' orders using Fedex and the United States Postal Service. The shipping clerk is also responsible for maintaining shipping supply inventory above par level and notifying supervisor when supply orders are necessary. The shipping clerk is responsible for keeping supplies ready for shipments. This includes receiving supply orders at the dock, distributing supplies into storage, making and taping boxes, loading freezers with gel ice packs to freeze in time for shipments. The position is 24 hours per week - Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays only, 9:30am-6:00pm Responsibilities would include: Correctly identifying shipment type ( USPS, Fedex Ground or Fedex Express). Using proper packaging based on shipment type. Including all required contents and product literature in shipment. Properly labeling box for shipment. Assessing inventory levels of boxes and other shipping supplies and reordering when needed. Taping and preparing boxes ahead of demand. Transferring gel ice packs to the freezer ahead of demand. Processing shipments in Odoo CRM for tracking purposes. Must have excellent attention to detail and the ability to multi-task effectively.

Requirements:

Must be able to lift at least 50lbs. Fast paced environment requiring packing and shipping from 100-500 boxes per day. Florida Pharmacy Technician License NOT required.
