In this role, you will be responsible for receiving and shipping products according to our
AS9120/ISO9001
Quality Manual and procedures. The ideal candidate will have experience in shipping and receiving operations, particularly within a distribution center environment in the aerospace or electronic sectors. Duties Process incoming and outgoing shipments by verifying contents against shipping documents. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely order fulfillment and delivery. Utilize ERP systems for tracking shipments and managing inventory data. Perform Quality inspections on each incoming order per company's AS9120 Quality Manual. Ensure compliance with safety regulations while handling materials in the warehouse environment. Experience Previous experience in shipping and receiving roles is preferred, particularly in Aerospace or Electronics distributor sectors. Familiarity with order fulfillment processes and distribution center operations is a plus. Proficiency in using computer/scanner to record incoming paperwork. Experience with AS9120 or ISO9001 Quality systems is advantageous.
