JOB HOURS
8:00am-4:30pm shift, Mon-Fri. Flexible to work extended hours as needed
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive incoming items Incoming inspection for shipping damage, incorrect items or wrong quantities. Alert Purchasing of any discrepancies Stamp the packing list on the date received Record receipts in ERP system Distribute items to their proper storage locations after they have been received by Purchasing Break down and recycle cardboard boxes Wrap and package assemblies in a safe and secure manner for shipping Verify quantities and include any applicable documents on outgoing shipments Record customer shipments in ERP system Generate shipping labels for each shipment in shipping portals Coordinate pick-ups with delivery services.
QUALIFICATIONS
1-3 years of experience. U. S. citizenship required.
PHYSICAL ASPECTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
