Job Description
Position Summary Zaximo LLC is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Shipping and Receiving Specialist to manage incoming and outgoing shipments of collectible items and artwork. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, packaging, tracking, and documenting shipments while ensuring that all items are handled safely and professionally. Key Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments and deliveries. Prepare collectible items and artwork for shipment using appropriate packaging materials and procedures. Verify shipment contents against invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents. Create shipping labels and coordinate shipments with carriers and courier services. Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records. Track outgoing shipments and assist with resolving delivery issues when necessary. Organize and store incoming inventory and collectibles appropriately. Assist with inventory counts and inventory management processes. Ensure valuable items are handled securely and according to company standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient shipping and receiving area. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Excellent organizational and recordkeeping skills. Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication and problem-solving abilities. Experience handling fragile, valuable, or collectible items is a plus.
