Job Description
Job Summary - McKibben Powersports is committed to delivering the highest-level retail experience to our customers, employees, and community. We are looking for a motivated Shipping and Receiving Associate to support one of the fastest growing powersports dealerships in central Florida. Associate will be responsible for managing all inbound and outbound parts and accessories for the entire dealership. Excellent organization skills and a proven track record are required to be successful in this role. Primary Responsibilities - Responsible and accountable for all incoming and outgoing inventory Ensure inventory is accurate at all times through proper management and daily cycle counting Manage all OEM part returns within compliance guidelines of their return program Help customers with parts questions and serve as a backup parts counter person when needed Responsible for the organization and maintaining the stockroom Regularly report to the Parts Manager Other duties as assigned based on business needs. Expected Areas of Competence - Must be able to function effectively as a member of a team Must be able to interact with a diverse group of people to create an environment that is equitable, inclusive, and cooperative. Ability to make time bounded decisions characterized by logic and reasoning while keeping the organization's vision and values at the forefront. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight required. Prioritize and handle multiple duties/projects at one time. Strong computer and phone abilities (Internet, MS, Outlook, CRM) McKibben Powersports Job Description Education/Job Requirements 1-3 years warehouse or supply chain experience required Powersports/Automotive experience preferred High School Diploma or equivalent required Excellent customer service, organizational, and negotiation skills Outgoing personality and willingness to work within a team environment required Highly professional and dependable Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and enthusiastic presence Strong communication skills Physical Requirements - Must be able to lift to 50lbs frequently throughout the day without assistace.
