- Live Plant Shipping Associate

We're only hiring those who plan to show up the full week consistently.

Shift is:

Mon-Fri 8am-5pm for Plant Packer DRIVER needed: in addition to these tasks, half your time would be spent driving delivering and picking up our plants. Checking the invoices to make sure you pick up the right things and having a good driving record is required We're an online nursery and an in-person wholesale nursery who needs a pair of extra hands with shipping out our plants to our online consumers. We're currently looking for someone that is able to follow directions, can be quick and efficient, and able to use technology, such as a smart phone for online searching. Our hiring process consists of paid trials of $15/hr where we determine if you're a good fit to join our team. Since the space is limited, we need to be sure of our decision. The Pros About This Job No customer interaction You can wear headphones as you do your job (podcasts and music only) After training, we won't heavily supervise you. We trust that you can make the right decisions and are expected to have good work ethics. The Job Duties for Shipping Associate may include but are not limited to: Wrapping and packaging plants for shipping. Preparing shipping materials for the fulfillment of orders. Plants will need to be trimmed and rid of decayed plant materials. Pick through inventory for ordered plants and other products. Pick-up and clean up the working area. You may also be asked to re-pot and or transplant plants into pots. Discard perished plants, unloading the plant delivery, and restocking inventory. •Must wear toe closed shoes. Preferably something comfortable since you will be mostly standing but can also protect your feet. •

Checking the invoices to make sure you pick up the right things and having a good driving record is required New hires (after trial period) can expect this job to be consistent with work Monday - Fri and sometimes optional additional weekend days. $15/hr pay.
