Founded in 1957, CED is one of the largest privately held electrical supply houses in the United States. CED Stuart is booming - and we're looking for the right candidate to help us get to that next level. We are in search of a Rock Star. This is a dynamic work environment. From the moment that door opens in the morning until the moment it closes, it is non-stop action and excitement. You'll be asked to give it everything you've got in terms of energy, customer service, and positive vibes - every single day. This role in particular requires attention to detail, and ability to receive material and contact the customer. Training will be provided, but much of this position involves learning on the job.

Job description:

Helping electricians, home owners, and end users at the counter Directing flow of incoming and outgoing materials Maintaining warehouse excellence (organizing stock, rearranging materials, etc) Contacting the customer if it's marked customer property - phone, text, etc. Helping arrange deliveries as needed. Pulling orders for will calls or deliveries Problem solving Cutting wire Shipping material - either via our own trucks, or UPS, freight line, etc If you're up to the challenge, it can be a very rewarding long term career. Veterans and Disability Requirements:

High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Prefer someone with electrical industry or electrical knowledge.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time. Ability to utilize a computer keyboard, computer monitor, and telephone. Ability to bend, climb, push, and pull, including the ability to maneuver at heights and in tight or small places.
