Full Job Description Position Overview We are seeking a wareghouse associate to support our daily warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and retail operations. This position is responsible for receiving and organizing merchandise, preparing customer orders, processing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory, pricing products, assisting with deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, physically capable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and able to work independently while being a strong team player. Key Responsibilities Receive, unload, inspect, and organize incoming merchandise and inventory. Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently. Verify products, quantities, and order information before shipment. Label, package, and stage orders for shipping. Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse and fulfillment area. Stock shelves, bins, and retail displays as needed. Assist with inventory counts and investigate inventory discrepancies. Properly handle, move, and store merchandise and supplies. Update product pricing and promotional information as directed. Monitor merchandise presentation and ensure products are properly displayed. Identify damaged, missing, or incorrectly priced merchandise and report issues to management. Maintain accurate inventory records in the warehouse and retail areas. Conduct routine inventory counts and cycle counts. Receive and document incoming products. Assist with product transfers. Follow company procedures for inventory control, shipping, receiving, and product handling. Assist with general warehouse and retail tasks as needed. Qualifications Previous warehouse, fulfillment, shipping, retail, or customer service experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Ability to lift, carry, and move merchandise and packages as required. Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory, POS, and shipping systems. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Valid driver's license may be required for positions involving deliveries. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to regularly lift and move boxes, merchandise, and supplies. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely maneuver throughout a warehouse and retail environment.
