Job Description

Scalamandre is seeking a detail-oriented
Shipping Clerk Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00AM-4:40
PM Job Type:
Full-Time Hiring/Retention Bonus up to $1,000 within the first year! •bonus details provided during interview
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for preparing, processing, and coordinating outgoing shipments. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring timely delivery. Packing items securely, generating shipping labels for carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or freight services. Attention to details to ensure accuracy in labeling, and documentation. Must be able to consistently lift, push, and pull boxes weighing up to 50 - 70 pounds safely. Ability to stand, walk, and bend for 8 hours shifts on concrete warehouse floor. Must be willing to cross train. Job Requirements (Education, Years of Experience, etc.) (Can be Provided as Bullet Points):-High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, receiving, inventory, or export documentation experience preferred. Experience with inventory management systems and RF scanners is a plus. Basic computer skills including Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
