Job Description:
Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities:
- Working knowledge of MasterBrand operating companies.
- Excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent Lotus Notes Skills.
- Strong ERP/System integration experience.
- Possess good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Proven experience crossing functional boundaries.
- Possess basic geographical knowledge of United States and Canada.
Description of Duties:
- Support development and preparation of logistics metrics to monitor performance.
- Handle daily delivery functions for builder channel, retail, and home delivery operations.
- Maintain a high level of effective communication between internal and external customers.
- Schedule Orders for Daily Build
- Prints Bill of Ladings
- Manages Carrier Availability
- Late shipments to Customers
- Prints and Manages all Finished Good Labels for the plant.
