Shipping/Receiving Clerk (CDL Required)

Senoia, GA Local Deliveries | Full-Time Position Overview Forza Group is seeking a dependable, safety-minded team member to support warehouse, shop, and delivery operations. This role combines shipping and receiving responsibilities with inventory management, material handling, and local deliveries. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working both independently and as part of a team. What You'll Do In this role, you will receive, inspect, store, and distribute materials while maintaining accurate inventory records. Responsibilities include preparing and packaging orders for shipment, completing shipping and receiving documentation, assisting with inventory cycle counts, and ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently. You will also operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, load and unload materials, organize warehouse inventory, and make local deliveries as needed. Qualifications Required Valid Class A CDL Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) and ability to meet insurance requirements Basic computer and math skills Ability to work independently and solve problems Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English Preferred Experience pulling a fifth-wheel trailer Forklift and pallet jack experience Experience handling steel products and industrial materials Flatbed loading and unloading experience Experience unloading coils, crates, and oversized materials Physical Requirements This position requires frequent movement throughout warehouse, shop, and outdoor work areas. Candidates must be able to regularly lift, push, pull, and carry 50+ pounds and safely operate warehouse equipment and machinery. Compensation $18.00-$26.00+ per hour Pay is based on experience, qualifications, skills, and demonstrated ability. Entry-Level Candidates Ideal for individuals with a valid CDL and clean driving record who are willing to learn warehouse operations, material handling, and company procedures. Experienced Candidates Have previous warehouse, shipping and receiving, delivery, or forklift experience and can perform most duties independently. Highly Experienced Candidates Bring extensive experience with steel products, coils, industrial materials, flatbed transportation, and warehouse operations. Candidates with these skills may qualify for compensation at the upper end of the pay range.
