Cedar Rapids, IA Level 10 is growing, and we need a new team member to be our final quality champion. This is a full-time opportunity for a tenacious, detail-oriented individual to join our production team as a Fulfillment Agent. In this crucial role, you are the final set of eyes on every order that leaves our facility. Your work is what elevates a good product to a perfect one, directly impacting our brand's reputation for excellence and ensuring our customers are consistently delighted. This isn't just a job; it's a mission to protect and perfect our product quality. What You'll Be Doing This role requires both mental and physical toughness. You'll be working in a fast-paced, date-driven environment where your contributions have a high impact on our daily success.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
Order Processing:
Inspect decorated products for accuracy, pick, pack, and prepare customer orders according to company standards, order details, and customer expectations.
Inventory Management:
Managing and organizing decorated inventory levels, report discrepancies, assist with restocking shelves, and ensure accuracy.
Shipping and Invoicing:
Generating shipping labels and paperwork, label packages, verify shipment details, coordinating with carriers or internal teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Processing accurate customer invoices with verifying billing details, tax information, pricing. Sending invoices with packages or coordinating with the sales team to ensure customer receipt.
Quality Control:
Ensure items are undamaged, meet quality and accuracy standards prior to packaging.
Warehouse Organization:
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace and follow safety protocols.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with the fulfillment team, supervisors, and other warehouse staff to meet daily productivity goals. Previous warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred but not required. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for long periods. Basic computer or scanner skills. Strong attention to detail and time-management abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
