Position Overview We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Specialist to join our team. This hands-on role involves managing the flow of materials in and out of our facility, ensuring accurate order fulfillment, and maintaining an efficient, organized warehouse environment. Key Responsibilities Take incoming parts orders via phone and email Prepare and package outgoing shipments Verify, inspect, and stock incoming materials against purchase orders Load and unload trucks using forklifts and overhead cranes Maintain a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Previous experience in shipping preferred (we will train the right person) Familiarity with order picking and packing processes Basic math skills for counting, measuring, and calculating quantities Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all shipping processes Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed Customer service skills and phone etiquette a plus Knowledge of agricultural equipment is a plus, but not required Ability to work both indoors and outdoors Requirements Ability to lift 75+ pounds, perform physical tasks, and stand for extended periods Basic computer skills Pass a pre-employment drug test Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Paid time off If you are a reliable, hardworking individual who takes pride in accuracy and teamwork, we encourage you to apply.
