Manufacturing & Shipping AssociateWe are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Manufacturing and Shipping Associates to join our production team. In this role, you will assist in the manufacturing, packaging, and quality inspection of scented wax products in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is safety-conscious, works well in a team, and is committed to producing high-quality products while meeting daily production goals.
A well-established consumer products company in the Meridian area specializing in the manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of home and personal fragrance products. The facility offers a fast-paced, team-oriented work environment with a strong focus on quality, safety, accuracy, and meeting production goals. Manufacturing & Shipping Associate Details:
Temporary position$ 15.00 to $ 17.00 / hourFull Time work availableVarious shifts available ( Monday through Friday from 03:30pm to 12:00am )Package and prepare finished products for shipment Pick, pack, label, and organize customer orders accuratelySupport production and manufacturing lines as needed Inspect products for quality and proper packagingMove, stage, and organize materials throughout the work areaMaintain a clean, safe, and fast-paced production environment
Manufacturing & Shipping Associate Qualifications:
Entry-level opportunity; previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is not requiredOn-the-job training provided Willingness to learn and follow work instructionsAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Dependable attendance and punctualityAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftApplicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
