Part-Time or Full-Time Available Currently Hiring Gamer Girlz, LLC is seeking a motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Video Game Shipping & Fulfillment Associate to join our growing team. Our office is conveniently located near Sandpoint High School and Dairy Depot, making this an excellent opportunity for local students and community members seeking flexible employment. This position plays a critical role in helping video game consoles, accessories, and gaming products reach customers across the country accurately and on time. Every package represents a customer waiting for their order, and accuracy, organization, and reliability are essential. We are looking for individuals who take pride in their work, enjoy staying organized, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. No gaming knowledge is required. We will train the right candidate. Applications are reviewed daily and interviews may be scheduled immediately. Positions are limited and may be filled before the posting closes. Responsibilities Pull and prepare customer orders for shipment Verify product accuracy before packaging and shipment Package and secure products to help prevent transit damage Print, organize, and apply shipping labels Organize outgoing shipments for carrier pickup Assist with incoming mail, deliveries, and couriers Store, organize, and relocate inventory as needed Document inventory changes and maintain organized inventory locations Identify and resolve shipping discrepancies before orders leave the facility Assist with inventory counts and product organization Maintain shipping supplies and workstations Break down shipping boxes and packaging materials as needed Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment Support daily shipping, inventory, and fulfillment operations Assist team members and departments as needed What We're Looking For Strong attention to detail Reliable attendance and punctuality Positive attitude and willingness to learn Strong organizational skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision Good communication skills Strong time management skills Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy Professional and respectful attitude toward coworkers and customers Desire to grow with the company Preferred Experience (Not Required) Shipping and receiving Order fulfillment Inventory management Warehouse operations Retail operations Logistics or distribution Packaging and quality control Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 20 pounds without assistance Ability to bend, crouch, reach, and move throughout the workday Comfortable standing and moving for extended periods Compensation & Benefits $13.00 - $18.00+ per hour based on productivity, performance, and experience Flexible part-time and full-time scheduling available Employee access to a library of thousands of video games Snacks, food, and drinks available in the break room Opportunities for advancement and increased responsibility Learn valuable shipping, logistics, inventory, fulfillment, and business operations skills Positive team-oriented work environment Why Gamer Girlz?
