In this role, you will oversee the accurate receipt, inspection, storage, and dispatch of goods, ensuring all shipments meet quality standards and are properly documented. Will also need to be able to fully read orders and type up shipping labels. And also be able to fully understand orders to pack product and make sure it is up to the company standards before leaving the building. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced environment where efficiency, accuracy, and safety are paramount. Duties Manage inbound shipments by verifying delivery accuracy, inspecting goods for damage or discrepancies. Prepare outbound shipments by selecting products through order picking and order fulfillment procedures, ensuring correct quantities and packaging standards are met. Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely to load, unload, stock, and organize inventory efficiently. Conduct quality control checks on packaged items to ensure compliance with company standards before dispatching orders. Maintain accurate inventory records. Assist in stock replenishment by stocking shelves systematically for easy access during order picking. Support warehouse distribution activities by coordinating with logistics teams to load trucks accurately and on time. Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times during loading/unloading activities and while operating equipment. Skills Proven experience in warehouse operations including shipping & receiving, order fulfillment, stocking, and inventory management and packaging product. Ability to operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners safely; forklift certification preferred. Strong understanding of packaging techniques suitable for various product types to ensure safe delivery. Excellent basic math skills for counting inventory and verifying shipment quantities accurately. Experience with order picker equipment for efficient picking & packing processes in e-commerce environments. Knowledge of warehouse distribution procedures including load & unload operations and stock organization. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Good communication skills to coordinate with team members and logistics partners effectively. At least 2-3 years experience in shipping and packaging. And at least 1-2 years experience in Printing industry. Experience using shipping software from both UPS (WorldShip) and FedEx (ShipManager) a plus. Not required, but would be beneficial if experience was already applicable. Basic entry level experience using Microsoft Excel would be a plus, but not a requirement.
