This role is responsible for accurately receiving, inspecting, documenting, and putting away inbound shipments while maintaining inventory accuracy and warehouse organization. The ideal candidate has prior forklift experience, is comfortable working within Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and excels at communication. This position serves as a key link between receiving operations and internal departments, requiring frequent communication with inventory, purchasing, customer service, operations, and leadership teams to ensure inbound materials are processed accurately and efficiently. Additional Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for inbound inventory issues, shortages, damages, and receiving discrepancies. Provide timely updates to internal stakeholders regarding inbound shipments, receiving delays, inventory concerns, and putaway status. Coordinate closely with purchasing, inventory control, operations, and customer service teams to ensure accurate inventory availability and system updates. Escalate potential supply, inventory, or receiving issues before they impact operations. Maintain clear and professional communication through email, messaging platforms, and in-person interactions. Additional Qualifications Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization. Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while keeping stakeholders informed. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where proactive communication is critical to operational success.

Pay:
$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
