Receiving Clerk - 1st shift

Receiving Clerk (Schedule is 10:00am-7:30pm and will be 10:00am-10pm on our busy season) Summary of the

Position:

The receiving clerk is responsible for receiving inbound product, recording and controlling all receiving documents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Responsible for all receiving documentation and inbound load integrity including, but not limited to, documenting seals and following organic product receiving and storage procedures. Ensures all employees are using proper documents. Handles inbound appointments and makes follow-up calls as necessary including, transportation, vendors, purchasing and other internal customers. Works closely with Inventory Control to ensure all receipts are correct and makes necessary adjustments. Works on other projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of warehouse operations experience. Material handling equipment certification. Good math skills required Able to read, write, and speak English Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and prior Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.
