Job DescriptionAssembles orders and prepares goods for shipmentCreates required shipping documents and ensures documents are correctAssists with a daily review of scheduled shipments and coordinates with Operations Manager to effectively schedule order shipmentsRecords shipment data, including weight, charges, and space availabilityReceives and unpacks materials and supplies.

Reports damages and inventory discrepanciesConducts daily inventory cycle counts and assists in COGI and PA clean up as needed.

Assists doing Year-End physical inventoryMakes recommendations to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency of operationsDocuments and maintains inventory to ensures production are organization and cleanEnsures the safety policies are followed throughout the warehouseQualificationsWork experience: 2+ years of shipping and receiving experience in a warehouse/manufacturing environment

High School Diploma or equivalent
