Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Shipper Worker to join our dynamic warehouse team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accurate and efficient shipping, receiving, and distribution of products. Your energetic approach will help streamline warehouse operations, support order fulfillment, and maintain high standards of safety and accuracy. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be a vital part of our logistics process, contributing to timely deliveries and customer satisfaction. Duties Operate forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners to load, unload, and transport goods safely within the warehouse Manage shipping and receiving processes using warehouse management systems (WMS) and AS400 for order tracking and documentation Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision using order pickers and packing techniques Stock shelves efficiently by replenishing inventory through accurate stock management and order fulfillment procedures Use basic math skills to verify quantities, calculate weights, and ensure correct packaging standards Assist with inventory control by conducting stock counts, updating MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems, and maintaining organized storage areas Ensure compliance with safety protocols during load & unload activities while maintaining a clean and organized workspace Experience Prior warehouse experience is highly preferred, especially in shipping & receiving or distribution environments Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and RF scanners is essential Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), AS400, or similar inventory software is a plus Experience with e-commerce order picking & packing processes enhances your suitability for this role Basic math skills are necessary for accurate order processing and inventory management Strong attention to detail combined with good communication skills ensures accuracy in order fulfillment and documentation Join us as a Shipper Worker to energize our logistics operations!
