This role supports operations, inventory accuracy, and overall safety standards. Key Responsibilities Operate lift equipment to unload, move, stock, and stage merchandise. Safely unload inbound shipments and place product in designated storage locations. Stack and store merchandise carefully to prevent damage. Support furniture handling, customer pickup, and warehouse operations as needed. Accurately tag, label, and track merchandise using barcode systems and RF scanners. Match packing slips to purchase orders and report discrepancies. Maintain accurate inventory records, transfer documentation, and delivery logs. Communicate inventory issues and productivity updates to management. Assist with cycle counts, audits, and inventory reconciliations. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company safety, security, and policy guidelines. This is a great opportunity for someone seeking full-time, hands-on work in a team-focused environment. Qualifications & Work Environment The ideal candidate can follow directions, communicate clearly, will have strong attention to detail and the ability to work effectively as part of a team are essential. Demonstrate dependability. This role is performed in a warehouse environment and requires regular standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching throughout the workday, as well as working in varying temperatures. The position requires the ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds independently and up to 100 pounds with assistance, and to use standard warehouse and office equipment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, along with basic computer skills. Prior warehouse and/or retail store experience is preferable but not required.
