A Shipping or Receiving Clerk tracks all incoming and/or outgoing shipments at a company facility and checks that shipment orders are filled correctly. Uses scanning equipment to track inventory. Works in receiving to check shipments that are primarily production materials or company supplies, or checks outgoing shipments of finished products.

Job Description
High school diploma or GED required; logistics, supply chain, or business coursework preferred. Experience preparing shipping documents, bills of lading, packing slips, and carrier coordination. Knowledge of domestic and basic international shipping requirements; export compliance awareness preferred. Forklift certification required or ability to obtain and maintain certification. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage competing priorities. Effective communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally. Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position. Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
