Job Description
Shipping and Receiving Technician We are seeking a dependable, self-motivated Shipping and Receiving professional to join our team. In this role, you will be the final line of defense for our product quality and the engine behind our order accuracy. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes immense pride in an organized workspace, and maintains a high level of accuracy when performing repetitive tasks. If you have a sharp eye for detail and want to ensure our customers receive perfect orders every time, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Perform final visual inspections of completed turbochargers before shipment. Verify turbochargers match the correct part number, build information, and customer order. Package turbochargers securely according to established standards. Receive, count and inspect incoming shipments. Organize received inventory in the appropriate designated locations Maintain clean and organized shipping, receiving, and packaging areas Assist with additional shipping and production-support tasks as needed. Follow all quality, safety, and documentation procedures. Our Ideal Candidate Demonstrates a very high level of attention to detail and remains accurate and consistent while performing repetitive or monotonous work. Ability to follow written instructions and established processes precisely. Communicates promptly and clearly when a quality or inventory issue is discovered. Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to support the team wherever needed in a fast-paced environment Takes pride in organization, cleanliness, and completing tasks correctly the first time. Qualifications At least 1 year of Shipping and Receiving experience. High School Diploma or GED. Strong attention to detail. Able to lift 15-50lbs consistently. Able to multi-task, follow-through and stay focused. Able to work independently, as part of a team, and adapt positively to a changing environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Basic data entry skills.
