Shipping & Receiving Clerk

Tom Wood Volkswagen, in Indianapolis, IN is searching for a Parts Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks with teamwork and efficiency.

Pay:

$18/hour

Responsibilities:

Process and package customer orders for shipment accurately and efficiently. Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts deliveries to ensure inventory accuracy. Maintain an organized and clean parts storage area. Assist with inventory counts and reconciliations as needed. Collaborate with the parts team to support overall department operations.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in shipping/receiving or a similar role is a plus but not required. Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Comfortable working with computers and inventory systems. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to lift and carry parts or packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Why Work Here?
