Job Description
As a Shipping/Receiving Specialist - Level 1 here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for managing the shipping and receiving of materials, ensuring that all incoming and outgoing shipments are handled efficiently and accurately. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the flow of goods and materials within the organization, supporting our operational and production needs. You will report directly to our Warehouse Supervisor and you'll work out of our Muncie, IN location on an On-site work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency and accuracy of our shipping and receiving processes, contributing to the overall success of our supply chain operations. You will ensure that all shipments are properly documented, tracked, and delivered on time, while maintaining a high level of quality and safety standards.
YOU MUST HAVE
1+ years of experience in shipping and receiving within a manufacturing or warehouse environment Experience with inventory management systems Ability to perform physically demanding tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periodsWE VALUE
High School Diploma or equivalent Experience with ERP systems such as SAP Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Forklift certification or experience operating material handling equipment Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.ABOUT HONEYWELL TECHNOLOGIES
