Job Description
At our Olathe woodshop, we handcraft wooden shelving and home decor. Our shipping team members carefully wrap and box these items so our customers receive them quickly and undamaged. This role requires a high-level attention to detail and some DIY skills to complete our Quality Control measures, including minor touchups. This role will support the ACS manager. Top-performing shippers could be advanced to Shipping Team Level II Leader within 90 days depedning on performance.

meet and exceed training, completion of assigned tasks, and high-level shipping quality, accuracy, and pace. We're a family-owned company started by a husband-wife duo out of our garage in 2016 with a small team of about 10-15. NOTES:
- Attention to detail required .
- Attendance for each scheduled shift is critical for us to ship all orders out timely.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Physical job: requires standing majority of shift, lifting 50 pounds, bending, warm/cool environment (warehouse), moving quickly to hit shipping goals
Cross Training:
Positive attitude and willingness to help out and learn other roles around the shop Responsibilities Receive and inspect incoming shipments for quality and accuracy. Process orders for shipping, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment. Operate forklifts and reach trucks to move products within the warehouse. Utilize warehouse management systems and RF scanners for inventory tracking. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the shipping and receiving areas. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards.Job Type:
