Job Description

EXCEL Group is a renowned industrial contractor with a commitment to excellence and a track record of delivering exceptional projects. We are seeking a Shipping Clerk for one of our maintenance facilities in Calvert City, KY.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate shipments, prepare bills of lading and Certificate of Analysis for marine shipments. Assist with posting shipments both in and out of terminals. Assist with reconciling end of month inventories. Interact with other departments in the plant, railroad personnel, and barge personnel as necessary to ensure adherence to department policies for shipping to customers. Provide back up to team members when needed.
Qualifications:
High school graduate. Additional business school or college work preferable. Proficient with PC and various software applications (Word, Excel, etc.). Work experience with SAP and shipping preferred.
