Job description: We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Shipping & Receiving Clerk for a logistics company that helps brands move and manage their products efficiently. They combine warehouse operations, transportation, and smart technology to ensure products arrive accurately and on time. If you are ready to start immediately, don't wait to respond!

1:00pm - 10:30pm Monday -

Job Duties:
Coordinate inbound delivery appointments with carriers and vendors. Check carriers in and out while verifying shipping documentation. Enter and verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), and shipment data in the WMS. Update outbound schedules, dispatch information, and print outbound BOLs. Monitor dock schedules to prevent delays and maximize efficiency. Communicate appointment changes, delays, rejected loads, and shipment discrepancies to the appropriate teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for carrier communication. Maintain organized shipping records, reports, and documentation. Support continuous improvement initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of experience in customer service, logistics, warehouse, or transportation coordination. Must be able to start immediately. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint). Experience with WMS and RF scanners preferred. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand for up to 12 hours per shift.
