In this vital role, you will oversee the accurate and efficient movement of material in and out of our facility. Your proactive approach will help maintain optimal machine shop operations and uphold safety standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a thriving logistics environment where your skills directly impact customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Coordinate delivery schedules with machine shop and welding shop. Review all special instructions for outside vendors and customer requirements. Supervise traffic personnel handling products (incoming and outgoing material flow). Visually inspect and supervise packing, painting, marking, and all final preparation of material or goods leaving the plant. Skills Proven experience operating forklifts, reach trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment with certification preferred Strong understanding of shipping & receiving procedures, order fulfillment processes, and stock management techniques Ability to perform order picking & packing accurately. Knowledge of machine shop distribution practices within a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and inventory adjustments Excellent attention to detail combined with effective communication skills to coordinate with team members and supervisors
