SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Directs all merchandise that leaves the warehouse that is not being delivered by an Imperial Trading Company vehicle
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILTIES
Additional duties, which are necessary to carry out the function of the Will Call Clerk, may be assigned and are incorporated by reference into this job description Responsible for the regular selection, checking, merging and order placement in the Will Call area. Responsible for petty cash maintained in the Will Call office to make change for customer representative (account and COD). Processes and submits payroll for all warehouse employees; prepares timesheets to be issued to Supervisors. Prepares inventory reports and keeps track of warehouse supplies, i.e., tape, markers and seals, etc. and handles the ordering of warehouse supplies. Responsible for outbound shipments, i.e., NADC Shuttle, FedEx/UPS shipments, Rite Aid, Basik Wholesale, etc.. Prepares purchase orders for warehouse bills. Fluent in computer operations, email, and telephone while representing the Company in a professional manner. Reports to work on time, as directed by the Director of the warehouse, and completes all duties in a timely manner. Performs above listed duties in a cooperative, capable manner, processing the information effectively and communicating the information as needed effectively. Performs any other duties assigned by the Director of Operations. All personnel within this job description shall be subject to cross-training into jobs within the organization based on Company needs.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The physical demands of this job include light physical activity performing light strenuous activities of an administrative, productive and/or technical nature that must be met by the employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, and to reach with hands and arms. The employee must frequently use hands to finger, handle or feel. The employee is occasionally required to walk, talk or hear, and to stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. The employee must regularly lift 10 pounds and frequently lift up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include vision and the ability to adjust focus.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee must regularly work in outdoor weather conditions. The employee frequently works near moving mechanical parts and occasionally works in wet humid conditions. The noise level of the work environment is usually moderate.

| 8AM - 4:30PM 40 HOUR WORK WEEK
