Job Description This position is responsible, with minimum supervision, to perform a variety of clerical duties that are related to the work of the supervisor, requiring knowledge of office routine and procedures. This individual will also interact with management on a day-to-day basis, handling confidential documents and materials. Will be required to take on special projects and provide technical support to other departments as needed. Ensures cleanliness and orderliness of the Center warehouse. Assists in conducting property inventories. Issues expendable materials and supplies to Center staff in accordance with established procedure. Monitors Center material supply levels and initiates Purchase Orders as needed. Assists in preparing periodic supply issuance, inventory, and accountability reports. Ensures security of the warehouse area and notifies the Safety/Security Manager in the event of security problems. Maintains files of materials received and issued. Receives goods delivered to the Center, ensuring compatibility with quantity and quality ordered. Maintains computer-based inventories, ordering, and accountability systems. Performs administrative and clerical support activities in support of the Property Officer. Positively models the

Schedule Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM Qualifications Required Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. 1-3 years experience in warehousing and expendable inventory control. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications and experience inputting/retrieving data from ERP/database programs. Strong attention to detail, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to handle sensitive or confidential information securely. Must possess a valid in-State Driver's License and meet Company insurability requirements. Physical requirements include sitting, standing, climbing, walking, lifting, pulling and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, stooping and crouching. Demonstrates the ability to lift 40 pounds and/or the ability to assess the lift load in order to ask for necessary assistance.
