Assembly / Shipping Associate Micro Tech Staffing Group - 3.7 Chelmsford, MA Job Details Full-time $20 - $24 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Packing English High school diploma or GED Manufacturing standard operating procedures Manufacturing facility Warehouse experience Picking & packing Full Job Description Job Summary We are hiring dependable Manufacturing, Assembly, and Shipping Associates to support medical device production in a cleanroom environment. This is a cross-functional role supporting assembly, inspection, packaging, and shipping operations within a regulated GMP facility. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment focused on quality, accuracy, and compliance with written procedures.
Available Shifts:
1st Shift & 2nd Shift Responsibilities Assemble, inspect, test, and package medical device products and subassemblies following written work instructions Perform visual inspections to identify defects, quality issues, or workmanship concerns Operate hand tools, fixtures, gauges, and production equipment Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation Pick, pack, and ship domestic and international orders and materials Prepare shipping paperwork and support shipping compliance requirements Support inventory control, material handling, and warehouse activities as needed Follow GMP, quality system procedures, and cleanroom protocols at all times Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Report quality issues, equipment problems, or production concerns to supervisors Participate in training and cross-functional production support as needed Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent preferred Experience in manufacturing, assembly, shipping, receiving, warehouse, or production preferred Medical device or regulated manufacturing experience a plus Must be able to read, understand, and follow written work instructions and procedures in English, and accurately complete all required documentation in English Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components Basic computer and data entry skills Ability to work in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs What We're Looking For Reliable, detail-oriented individuals who take pride in producing high-quality work.
