Haverhill, MA Job Details Full-time $20 - $24 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Health insurance Dental insurance 401(k) Paid time off Vision insurance 401(k) matching Life insurance Qualifications Spanish English High school diploma or GED Attention to detail Shipping documentation Full Job Description Monday-Friday 7:00AM- 3:30PM Position Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Warehouse / Receiving Clerk to support our distribution operations. This position is responsible for processing incoming shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and entering receiving data into company systems. The ideal candidate is proficient in Google Sheets and Microsoft office, bilingual in English and Spanish, and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced, temperature-controlled warehouse environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Receive, inspect, count, and verify incoming shipments for accuracy. Compare packing slips, purchase orders, and shipping documents to ensure accuracy. Accurately enter receiving and inventory data into company systems, spreadsheets, and databases. Maintain inventory records and perform routine cycle counts. Investigate and report inventory discrepancies, shortages, overages, and damaged products. Communicate effectively with warehouse associates, drivers, vendors, and management in both English and Spanish. Organize, maintain, and file receiving documentation and inventory records. Follow all company safety policies, food safety standards, and warehouse operating procedures. Assist with inventory audits and reconciliation activities as needed. Perform other administrative and warehouse support duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. One to two years of experience in receiving, inventory control, data entry, warehouse administration, or a related field preferred. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word) and Google Sheets. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish required. Strong data entry skills with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work efficiently in a fast-paced distribution environment. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience using inventory management, ERP, or warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to work in a warehouse/distribution environment. Ability to work in temperature-controlled areas (coolers, freezers, etc.) Ability to stand for long periods, walk, bend, and lift 25-50 pounds as needed. Ability to use computers, barcode scanners, and other office equipment for extended periods.
