Full-time, First shift (7:00 AM-3:00 PM) or as assignedPosition Summary:
- Ensure accurate, safe, and efficient flow of materials and products through shipping, receiving, inventory control, and warehouse operations to support production and customer fulfillment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and order pickers to load, unload, and move materials.
- Verify incoming shipments against packing slips and WMS records to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare outgoing shipments including measuring, testing, packaging, labeling, and documentation per customer specifications.
- Conduct stock replenishment and inventory counts using WMS (e.g., Axiom).
- Assist with order picking and packing to fulfill customer orders.
- Maintain organized storage areas and ensure pallets are stacked safely and accessibly.
- Load and unload trucks following safety protocols and procedures.
- Move raw materials and components to production lines or storage racks as needed.
- Stand for extended periods and regularly lift packages up to 50 pounds.
- Use basic tools and equipment; use of a multimeter for basic checks preferred.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Prior warehouse or manufacturing shipping & receiving experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience operating material handling equipment; forklift certification preferred.
- Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems (Axiom or similar) preferred.
- Basic math skills and attention to detail for inventory and shipment verification.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and stand for long periods.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with picking and packing small parcels and large pallets.
- Familiarity with using a multimeter for continuity/resistance checks.
- Prior manufacturing or distribution center experience.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Starting pay from \$20.00 per hour.
