Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 7:30am or 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM Pay:
$23.00 per hour
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dependable, hands-on Shipper with strong UPS, FedEx, ERP shipping software experience (experience using the systems.) This role is a key part of a small, fast-moving department and requires someone who takes initiative, stays positive, and is willing to help where needed during downtime. You'll be responsible for preparing, packing, labeling, and shipping products while maintaining accurate tracking and inventory records within our ERP system.
Key Responsibilities:
Process outbound shipments using UPS and FedEx shipping software Decide the best shipping method based on product and destination Build pallets and ensure proper stacking, balancing, and labeling Box and pack products safely and efficiently Physically unload containers and remove product as it arrives Lift and move materials up to 50 lbs Enter tracking numbers and shipment details into ERP systems Pick orders and prepare Bills of Lading Perform cycle counts daily Handle shipping issues, including: Communicating with carriers Tracking lost or delayed packages Speaking directly with customers to resolve shipping concerns Assist with other tasks during downtime without complaint
Requirements:
Prior experience with UPS, FedEx, ERP shipping software SAP experience is a major plus Physically able to lift 50 lbs. and perform hands-on warehouse work Strong attention to detail and organization Willingness to learn and help beyond assigned tasks If you're interested in this opening please send resumes to
