• Full-time We are seeking a reliable Shipping and Receiving Associate to support warehouse and production operations.

This role is responsible for handling incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring materials are properly received, stored, and distributed.

Direct Hire Full-time Responsibilities:

Shipping:

Process outgoing shipments via UPS WorldShip & FedEx Ship Manager; package, label, and schedule pickups. Track deliveries and ensure accurate documentation.

Receiving:

Inspect incoming materials, verify quantities, and record in inventory system. Unload shipments and resolve discrepancies.

Inventory:

Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with counts. Maintain an organized work area. Assist throughout the warehouse or on the shop floor as needed

Qualifications:

Shipping/receiving experience (machine shop preferred). Must know how to ship internationally using UPS and FedEx Basic computer skills. Ability to lift heavy items. Detail-oriented Must be able to pass pre-employment background and drug screening (including marijuana)

Schedule:

Monday through Friday

• 7am to 3:30pm

Compensation:

Pay is up to $25.00 an hour
