We're looking for a dependable, motivated Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our Warehouse team in Norwell. What You'll Do As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep our warehouse running efficiently by receiving inventory, preparing customer orders, and supporting daily shipping and receiving operations. Responsibilities Load and unload incoming shipments, transfers, and delivery trucks Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently Receive, inspect, and verify incoming inventory Organize inventory and stock warehouse shelves Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory control activities Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged materials Follow all company safety policies and warehouse procedures Work closely with warehouse and branch staff to support daily operations Participate in ongoing training and continuous improvement initiatives What We're Looking For Required Qualifications Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly Strong work ethic with dependable attendance Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work independently and as part of a team Good communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in warehouse, shipping & receiving, distribution, order fulfillment, or material handling Experience operating warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if applicable) Basic math skills for inventory counts and order verification Why Join Snow and Jones?
