What We're Looking For:

Experience:

1+ year in shipping/receiving or warehouse operations. (pallet/manufacturing experience a plus).

Tech Savvy:

Familiarity with TMS/WMS or inventory management systems a plus.

Software Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Strong Attention to

Detail:

Ability to track shipments and spot discrepancies.

CommunicationOrganization:

Work well with internal teams and external partners.

What You'll Do:

Process and verify incoming shipments-ensure everything matches work orders. Prepare outgoing pallet loads and keep shipments on schedule. Maintain accurate shippingreceiving records-digital logsdocumentation. Coordinate loading and unloading schedules with carriers and drivers. Be the main point of contact for truck drivers, vendors, and visitors. Use inventory management software (COLT/Blue Yonder) to optimize workflow. Perform pre-shift door checks, assign loads, and coordinate with forklift drivers. Ensure compliance with safety and company policies (OSHA, MSDS, etc.) Support office management, accounting, and customer service as needed.
