We're passionate about bringing more people into the world of PC gaming, and we're looking for a capable, driven Shipping & Fulfillment Manager to take ownership of our warehouse shipping operations and help ensure every customer receives their PC accurately, safely, and on time. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, comfortable leading a team, and able to keep daily fulfillment moving in a fast-paced environment. You'll oversee the flow of orders, coordinate closely with multiple departments, and ensure the packaging team remains productive, organized, and focused on daily priorities. What You'll Do As Shipping & Fulfillment Manager, you'll be responsible for daily order fulfillment, warehouse shipping operations, and the performance of the packaging team. You'll coordinate with leadership, Customer Service, Testing, Building, and Inventory to ensure orders are completed correctly and shipped on time. Key Responsibilities Printing and preparing daily shipping orders across platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Walmart, and other sales channels Accurately fulfilling USPS, FBA, and other outbound shipments Scheduling local deliveries and coordinating carrier pickups Tracking PCs through the build and testing process to ensure timely fulfillment Determining which orders can be fulfilled from existing inventory versus made-to-order systems Managing outbound shipments for RMAs, replacements, repairs, and returns Coordinating with Customer Service to resolve address, order, and support-ticket issues Leading and supporting the packaging team through task delegation, training, and daily direction Communicating daily fulfillment priorities to the Testing and Building departments Monitoring deadlines, flagging delays, and escalating supply or production shortages Maintaining an organized and efficient warehouse environment Loading and unloading delivery trucks using forklifts or manual handling Preparing and securing FBA pallets for shipment Ensuring packaging materials, including boxes, foam, inserts, and goodie bags, remain stocked and usable Performing basic quality checks on systems before final packaging Identifying visible build errors, damage, or hardware issues before systems are shipped Supporting basic PC-building or production tasks during periods of high volume or limited coverage Maintaining cleanliness throughout the warehouse and employee restroom Helping uphold a safe, efficient, and professional work environment What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, level-headed, and capable of leading both people and daily shipping operations. You'll be a strong fit if you: Have experience in shipping, logistics, fulfillment, warehouse operations, or team management Have strong leadership, delegation, and team-support skills Take ownership of deadlines and follow issues through to resolution Are highly organized and attentive to details Can manage multiple orders, priorities, and deadlines at the same time Communicate clearly and respectfully, both verbally and in writing Remain calm and level-headed during high-volume periods, delays, or workplace conflict Are self-motivated and proactive rather than waiting to be told what needs to be done We prefer that you: Have a solid understanding of PC hardware and general computer components Can identify basic build, hardware, or quality issues before shipment Are comfortable operating a forklift or willing to complete the required training and certification Can lift up to 50 pounds and remain on your feet for extended periods Can occasionally stay late for urgent orders, carrier pickups, or peak-season demand Thrive in a fast-paced, growing company environment This is not a role where someone will tell you exactly what to do every day. You'll be expected to evaluate daily priorities, communicate with other departments, support your team, and take responsibility for making sure orders leave the warehouse accurately and on time.
