You will be responsible for coordinating and executing various tasks related to order fulfillment, inventory management, and logistics. With a keen eye for detail and a focus on customer satisfaction, you will contribute to the overall success of our business operations.

Order Processing:

Receive and process customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and completeness of information.

Inventory Management:

Maintain accurate inventory records, monitor stock levels, and initiate reordering as necessary to prevent stock-outs.

Packaging and Shipping:

Prepare orders for shipment, including proper packaging, labeling, and documentation.

Product Inspection:

Inspect products for defects, damages, or discrepancies before packaging and address any issues proactively.

Order Tracking and Updates:

Monitor and update order status in the system and resolve any order-related inquiries or issues.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with other teams such as customer service, warehouse, and procurement to ensure smooth order fulfillment and resolve any operational challenges.

Continuous Improvement:

Identify process inefficiencies and suggest improvements to enhance order fulfillment operations, streamline processes, and increase customer satisfaction.

Compliance:

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and relevant regulations related to order fulfillment, shipping, and inventory management. Who We Are Seeking Hands-on team player with a strong ability and desire to collaborate effectively. Excellent priority and time management skills to ensure efficient task execution. Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy. Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines with a proactive approach. Familiarity with equipment operation and capability to train others when needed. Proficient in Microsoft Office with moderate computer knowledge for workplace efficiency. Knowledge of Zendesk a plus. Adaptable and thrives in dynamic environments with rapidly shifting priorities. Self-motivated and proactive, combining creativity with strong analytical skills. High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience and education. Physical Demands and Work Environment. Ability to meet physical requirements of production facility; standing for 2+ hours, extended reach, lifting requirements up to 50lbs, occasionally climb, kneel, or bend.
