This position is also responsible for preparing orders for delivery to customers and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Receive incoming shipments of raw materials, components, and finished goods, verifying accuracy against purchase orders and packing lists. Inspect incoming materials for damage, defects, or discrepancies, documenting any issues and coordinating with suppliers or internal departments for resolution. Ensure accurate inventory counts by properly recording received materials in inventory management systems and updating inventory records as necessary. Safely store received materials in designated warehouse locations, following established procedures for inventory rotation and stock replenishment. with set policies and procedures to ensure the preservation of the Matikon Quality Policy. Coordinate outbound shipments of finished products, preparing orders for delivery according to customer requirements and shipping schedules. Adhere to safety protocols and regulatory requirements related to handling, storage, transportation of materials, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees.

Preferred Education and Skills:
High school diploma or GED equivalent. Previous experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse operations, or logistics in a manufacturing environment. Familiarity with inventory management systems and software for recording and tracking shipments and inventory levels. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks such as counting, inspecting, and documenting materials. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment. Effective communication skills, bother verbal and written. Hilo experience.
