We're looking for a Shipping & Receiving Operator to help us prepare items for shipment and ensure quality control.

What You'll Do:
Package finished products for shipping (shrink wrapping, boxing, labeling). Utilize pick tickets and sales orders to prepare shipments. Repackage containers as needed. Stage and load finished products onto trucks for shipment. Unload raw materials and manage warehouse storage. Ensure no damaged products are sent out and no damaged materials are accepted. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For:
High School diploma or GED. 2 years of shipping experience preferred. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Sage, Microsoft Dynamics). Basic skills in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time-management skills. Certification to operate a forklift is required (or ability to obtain certification within 90 days) Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
