REQUIRED EDUCATION
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • 3-6+ years of relevant warehouse, inventory, logistics, shipping/receiving, or materials-management experience.
  • Experience working in a structured warehouse, manufacturing, agricultural, distribution, or industrial environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory accuracy, material movement, shipping, and receiving processes.
  • Comfortable using warehouse, inventory, ERP, or other business systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and safety.
  • Experience identifying operational or equipment issues and coordinating appropriate follow-up.
SUMMARY

Seeking an experienced Warehouse Clerk to support daily warehouse, inventory, shipping, receiving, and material-distribution operations at its Constantine, MI facility.

This position is ideal for an experienced warehouse professional who can independently coordinate material movement, maintain accurate inventory, support efficient shipping and receiving activities, and help ensure the warehouse and equipment remain in good operating condition.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Coordinate storage and distribution activities to maximize warehouse space and operational efficiency.
  • Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinate the receipt, movement, storage, shipment, and disposition of materials.
  • Maintain accurate and current warehouse inventory records.
  • Support efficient distribution of products, parts, supplies, and other materials.
  • Monitor warehouse conditions and identify equipment or facility issues requiring attention.
  • Prepare work orders for equipment repairs and requisitions for replacement equipment as needed.
  • Follow established warehouse procedures, safety practices, and operational standards.
  • Maintain accurate documentation related to inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure materials are available and distributed when needed.
  • Drug screen & criminal background check will be required
