Job Description

Position Overview:
Cinnamom Bakery is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Shipping Manager to oversee order packing, inventory replenishment, and organization of our shipping space. This role is essential to ensuring our customers receive accurate, high-quality orders on time.
Schedule Requirements:
Required Days:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday Hours:
Between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM Full time hours may be available and can be discussed during the interview
Key Responsibilities:
Pack and prepare customer orders with 100% accuracy Replenish inventory daily based on operational needs Organize and maintain an efficient shipping and packing area Assist with general bakery tasks as needed throughout the day Work independently while maintaining high productivity and attention to detail
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Ability to climb stairs regularly Lift and carry 25-50 lbs repeatedly Comfortable working in both indoor and outdoor environments Ability to work in freezer conditions (-10°F)
