Work environment is casual and laid back but still professional-oriented.

Hours:

Full-time (possibly part-time), 40 hours/week. Monday - Friday, 9:30am-5:30pm (flexible).

Education:

High School Diploma or College Graduate Duties mainly include: Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills Customer online and phone order data entry Customer service over phone and email Customer order tracking Simple order picking, packing, boxing and fulfillment Experience using a dolly/truck cart Experience operating a Hi-Lo a strong plus Lifting and moving light and heavy packages (weighing anywhere from 1 to 85 lbs.) Generate and apply

USPS & UPS

package shipping labels and paperwork (for Domestic and International Shipments) Generate and apply LTL Freight paperwork for periodic pallet shipments (for Domestic and International Shipments) Shipping & Receiving of USPS and UPS packages Product labeling and stocking Inventory Tracking and Control Ensure all processing areas are extremely clean, neat and organized at all times Candidate MUST be/have: Excellent English verbal and written communication skills Excellent English spelling, basic grammar and punctuation Excellent attention to detail, procedural and methodical Fast and accurate typing and data entry skills Quality focused with zero-tolerance for errors or mistakes Extremely organized, neat and clean Extremely clear & precise print handwriting (i.e., words, letters and numbers) Ability to work alone, energetic, self-starter and self-motivated Very punctual and maintain an acceptable attendance record Professional minded, honest, polite and hardworking Great interpersonal communication skills Strong analytical skills, mechanically inclined with good troubleshooting skills Multitasking abilities Positive attitude with a good sense of humor Must have a valid driver's license

Computer Skills and Work Experience:

Working knowledge and experience with Windows applications such as Word, Excel, Explorer or similar, and internet browsers Working knowledge with UPS Worldship and USPS/Stamps.com small and large package shipping software Experience in Order Fulfillment (Picking, Packing, Boxing, Taping, Generating and Applying Shipping Label) and Shipping & Receiving Experience with Peachtree Quantum/Sage 50 accounting software a major plus Experience with basic accounting, purchasing, receiving and inventory control a major plus

Compensation:

$20-25 per hour, however, pay commensurate with work experience and education. We offer paid vacation (1-2 weeks) and several paid holidays, and an opportunity for advancement.

Dress Code:

Generally business casual, however, nice, comfortable shoes, jeans and shirt are acceptable in fulfillment and warehouse areas. Interested in this position?
