Job Description
```Duties```
Manage and update product listings on various e-commerce platforms
Optimize product descriptions and images to maximize sales potential
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely restocking
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for new product offerings
Collaborate with marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns
Provide customer support via email, chat, and phone, addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Manage business website listing, sales and packaging of orders. ```Requirements```
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Basic math skills for inventory management and sales calculations
Knowledge of retail math principles for pricing, discounts, and profit margins
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and online marketplace policies
Ability to conduct product demos and effectively communicate product features and benefits
Proficient in using point-of-sale (POS) systems for order processing and payment transactions
Professional phone etiquette with a friendly and helpful demeanor
