Shipping Customer Service Associate Location:

Brainerd, MN Pay Rate:

$18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Shift:

Job Duties:

Answer and manage incoming phone calls, emails, and general inquiries Communicate professionally with vendors, customers, and internal teams Coordinate incoming and outgoing packages, deliveries, and shipments Maintain and organize operational records, documents, and spreadsheets Perform data entry and administrative support tasks with accuracy and attention to detail Assist with day-to-day office operations and back-office documentation processes Prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Support additional administrative and operational duties as assigned

Requirements and Skills:

Previous administrative, office support, customer service, or operations experience preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities Strong attention to detail and accuracy Reliable, dependable, and self-motivated Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities Ability to pass a background check required Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills preferred
