Workplace Safety & PPE Compliance Organization & Attention to Detail Team Collaboration & Communication Professional Experience Warehouse Worker | Distribution / Fulfillment Facility Received inbound shipments by unloading, sorting, and recording products using RF scanning systems Used RF scanners to accurately log received items and update inventory records in real time Stocked shelves and warehouse racking locations efficiently as products were received and organized Safely lifted and handled items up to 50 lbs. , including heavier items with proper equipment when required Operated rolling ladders up to 12 feet to stock and retrieve products securely Worked with equipment that elevated up to 25 feet to organize inventory in high racking locations Conducted physical inventory counts to maintain accurate stock levels and identify discrepancies Maintained a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company standards Warehouse Environment & Schedule Experience First‑shift and mid‑shift warehouse operations Experience working Monday-Friday and Sunday-Wednesday schedules Fast‑paced distribution environment with weekly productivity goals Comfortable working at heights and in physically active roles Dependable attendance with flexibility for varying shifts Key Strengths Highly reliable with a strong work ethic Safety‑focused and detail‑oriented Physically capable of demanding warehouse tasks Quick learner with strong adaptability Team‑oriented mindset and clear communication skills Additional Qualifications Experience in warehouse, distribution, or fulfillment environments Comfortable working with elevated inventory systems Willing to take on additional responsibilities and learn new processes Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Eagan, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
