This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in organization, accuracy, and being a key part of a growing brand behind the scenes delivering the Pretty Simple experience to our retailers and customers, and in helping our small but mighty team continue to grow. What You'll Do Accurately pick, pack, and ship wholesale and direct-to-consumer orders Prepare shipments with care to ensure products arrive beautifully and on time Assist with receiving, organizing, and managing inventory Help maintain a clean, organized fulfillment and warehouse space Support special projects, seasonal launches, and market prep as needed Communicate with the team regarding order status, inventory needs, and shipping issues Who You Are Team player willing to take on many roles to meet changing priorities and common goals. Detail-oriented, dependable, and organized. Enjoys a physically active job. Able to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Comfortable working independently and as part of a team Positive attitude with a willingness to jump in and help where needed Someone who values being part of a collaborative, woman-led business Qualifications Previous fulfillment, warehouse, or operations experience is a plus but not required Has system & critical thinking/independent problem solving skills Ability to lift and move packages as needed Comfortable standing, moving, and working on your feet for most of the day Basic computer skills and ability to learn fulfillment systems Must be able to safely lift up to 50 pounds Work Environment & Requirements On-site position (not remote) - Lakeville, MN Full Time Flexibility during busy seasons, launches, and trade show periods
