- Receiving Coordinator/Clerk
- to join our manufacturing client in Maple Grove. This is a great opportunity for someone with receiving and forklift experience who takes pride in accuracy, communication, and delivering exceptional support across multiple departments. +
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. +
Pay:
- $25.00 per hour +
Location:
- Maple Grove, MN + Temporary-to-Hire
- What You'll Be Doing
- + Receive and verify incoming shipments for accuracy + Review packing slips, manifests, and delivery documentation + Enter receiving transactions into the ERP system and maintain electronic records + Communicate with purchasing, accounting, and warehouse teams regarding deliveries, damages, shortages, and discrepancies + Assist with inventory control activities, including cycle counts + Process stock transfers and returned materials + Interact professionally with delivery drivers and vendors + Support material movement and warehouse operations as needed + Help maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company procedures •What We're Looking For•+ 1+ years of receiving experience + Experience operating sit down and stand up forklifts + High school diploma + SAP experience + Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office + Excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and sound judgement + Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt to changing business needs + Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy + Team oriented mindset with a willingness to support the broader operation •What happens next•Once you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
